Since 2014, Heartbeat has collaborated with GP practices, and healthcare services across North Yorkshire to do more and do better for patients. The services are designed to respond to patients’ needs through innovative solutions.

We work in partnership with Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP practices and local hospitals to efficiently deliver at scale.
